<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage-drop type current measuring device suitable for reduction in the number of part items and miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: In this voltage-drop type current measuring device 1, a bus bar 3 takes on the function as a shunt resistance and the function as a base for a circuit board 5 and a case body 7 or the like. The case body 7 is fixed to the bus bar 3 by engaging claws 49, 51, etc. provided on the case body 7. The case body 7 includes a nut storage part 43 for storing and locking a nut 33. The bus bar 3 is bent so that its intermediate portion 3a is partially protruded to one side in a trapezoidal shape, whereby the mounting surface for the circuit board 5 of the intermediate portion 3a is fitted further inwardly than the opening part of the board storage part 41 of the case body 7 when the case body 7 is installed to the bus bar 3.
