<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of a microcomputer in the case that the load current is too large or too small, and to easily determine whether current measurement is being executed correctly or not while measuring the current. <P>SOLUTION: The measurement current bypassed by a shunt resistor 11 is measured by the voltage drop of an output resistor 15, and outputted to a microcomputer 13.
