摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a wire array more reliable, less expensive, more reproducible, more suitable and thinner than a wire which can be realized by the present technology. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the wire array includes steps of (i) providing a nano-object having a predetermined length and thickness and the length remarkably larger than the thickness and (ii) providing a superlattice having a functional surface and alternate layers made of a conductive material and one or more other materials. The functional surface includes an exposed edge of the alternate layer, an exposed edge of the conductive material layer is offset from the exposed edge of one or more layers of the one or more other material layers, the superlattice has a predetermined length and the thickness, and the length is remarkably larger than the thickness. The method further includes steps of (iii) exposing the nano-object to the functional surface, and (iv) orienting the longitudinal direction of the nano-object with respect to the offset exposed edge of the conductive material layer by using an electric field.
