PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply adjust the connection capacitance between a pair of output terminals of a differential output drive circuit for a desired capacitance value, simply execute the output through-rate to improve the output waveform quality, and to realize shortened design time. SOLUTION: A capacitance connection circuit 20 is provided for connecting a desired capacitance value C, between a pair of output terminals of a differential output drive circuit in the LSI 11, and the capacitance value C is set adjustable.
