PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording device capable of enhancing operability on an input operation of additional information. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a factor deciding section 14 for giving a track number, which decides whether it is performed by a designated factor or by an undesignated factor, when the track number is given, and which corrects the additional information input in advance on the basis of the decision result.
