PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a good appearance by protecting an internal device. SOLUTION: This disk player is constructed in such a manner that a player body 2 equipped with a tray 1 capable of forward and backward movements a and b is arranged in a casing 3, a tray outlet 4 is arranged in the front panel 3A of the casing 3, an opening/closing door 5 is arranged to be opened/closed in the tray outlet 4 while being always biased in a closing direction d by a spring, a display hole 12 is bored below the tray outlet 4 of the front panel 3A, and an emission diode PD is arranged behind the display hole 12. In this case, a skirt plate 18 is disposed to extend downward from the lower edge of the opening/closing door 5 through a spaceβbetween the front panel 3A and the player main body 2, and a pair of left and right end plates 19 are integrally formed between both rear ends of the skirt plate 18 and the rear face of the opening/closing door 5.
