PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled paper cutter which can safely cut toilet paper by picking the picking margin of the toilet paper from both right and left directions. SOLUTION: In this rolled paper cutter, a knife (1) uses a rubber-like material having frictional force, while a spatial section (D) is prepared in a position near the knife (1) mounted on a knife attaching section (2), a front body (5) opens and a spacing (E) is provided on the insides of right and left side face bodies (3).
