<p>An internal gear pump having a structure capable of reducing sliding resistance and where, even with such a structure, production of noise and reduction in pump efficiency can be restricted to a minimum level. An internal gear pump for sending fluid by sucking and discharging the fluid by causing an outer rotor (20) having inner teeth (21) and an inner rotor (10) having outer teeth (11) to rotate with the rotors meshed with each other. The inner diameter of a hole (31), in which both rotors (10, 20) are received, formed in a casing (30) is set to be greater than the outer diameter of the outer rotor (20) by not less than 0.1 mm and not more than 0.6 mm, and 0.005 mm <= (eh - er) <= 0.030 mm is satisfied, with er the amount of eccentricity between the inner rotor (10) and the outer rotor (20) and eh the amount of eccentricity between the inner rotor (10) and the hole (31) of the casing (30).</p> |
