<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the precision in measurement of localized current in a power-measuring device for measuring localized current of power equipment. <P>SOLUTION: In this current-measuring device for measuring the current of the power equipment 10, provided with a cell 100 releasing electrical energy, a sheet-like conductor 21 carrying the current from the cell 100 is arranged in contact with the cell 100, a columnar part 23 surrounded by a groove 22 is formed on the conductor 21, and a magnetic sensor 25 measuring the strength of a magnetic field generated around the columnar part 23 is arranged in the groove 22. The magnetic sensor 25 is arranged on the side at a distance from the center of the conductor 21 in the groove 22. A magnetic shielding means is arranged, at least on the side close to the center of the conductor 21 in the outer circumference of the groove 22.
