<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion compensation encoding method and a motion compensation encoding device which can remove unnecessary encoding processings and decrease the amount of encoding. <P>SOLUTION: When a motion vector with respect to an input macro block is set to a zero vector, an encoding for determination as to whether the difference between a predicted image, in which the motion vector is set as the zero vector and the input macro block is further encoded is performed. When the difference is equal to or smaller than a certain value, a variety between both is determined to be a noise component. so that the input macro block is set to the predicted image, without performing encoding processing with respect to this difference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
