<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute data transfer from a host computer 1 to all dedicated computing apparatuses 2 connected through a PCI bus 3 in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: A representative device 2a and non-representative devices 2b and 2c are connected through a communication signal path 5 different from the PCI bus 3 in a plurality of dedicated computers, and a global address 20g for simultaneous data transfer to all the dedicated computing apparatuses is assigned and set to the address space of the PCI bus. The dedicated computing apparatus identifies whether or not a self is representative by a representation identifying means 22, and the non-representative dedicated computing apparatuses 2b and 2c notify the acquisition end of the data to be simultaneously transferred from the global address through a notification signal path 5 to the representative dedicated computer 2a, and the representative dedicated computing apparatus 2a acquires data from the bus 3, and executes the acquisition response of the simultaneously transferred data through the PCI bus 3 after receiving the end notification from the non-representative dedicated computing apparatuses. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
