PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board having a structure which is easy to bend in specific directions but is hard to bend in a direction other than the directions. SOLUTION: The circuit board (11) has a first wiring group (110) extending in a first direction (D1), and a second wiring group (120) extending in a second direction (D2), approximately orthogonal to the first direction (D1). The first wiring group (110) is structured harder than the second wiring group (120), and the second wiring group (120) relatively bends further than the first wiring group (110), to exhibit further flexibility as a whole.
