PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CPU circuit in which the influence of noise on CPU operation is sufficiently reduced by comparatively simple circuit configuration. SOLUTION: The CPU circuit composed of a CPU and peripheral circuit elements connected to the CPU through a data line is provided with: a resistor inserted into the data line in series; and a switched capacitor inserted into the data line between the resistor and the CPU and constituted so that one end of the capacitor is grounded and a switch on the other end of the capacitor electrically switches between the resistor side and the CPU side of the data line. In the case of outputting data from the peripheral circuit element, the switch is connected to the resistor side, and in the case of reading out data by the CPU, the switch is connected to the CPU side.
