PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user terminal for information retrieval and collection which collects more kinds of content and evaluates the result of retrieval with high precision, and also provide an information retrieval and collection system and an information retrieval and collection method. SOLUTION: The user terminal for information retrieval and collection is provided with; a browser 110 which browses information such as a home page; a browser-coordinated module 121 which obtains the information the browser 110 browses; and a history management module 124 which indexes information position, such as a URL, for identifying the browsed information from the browser-coordinated module 121, and history information such as browsing time, and then stores them. In this case, the history management module 124 stores not only the structures of citation relation/correlation but also actually used citation relation/correlation when the browsed order of information has citation relation/correlation with the browsed information.
