PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture to be fixed to the back face of a panel when mounting a utensil such as a handrail on the panel with a mounting bolt, having a nut member integrated and easily position recognizable for improving the constructing efficiency and a less number of components for simplifying the manufacture. SOLUTION: The fixture F comprises a pressure contact plate member 1 which has a side plate portion 6 with a bent rib protrusion 5, extending from one side of an open hole of a center plate portion 4 having a diameter somewhat larger than the diameter of the mounting bolt, and a rising pawl 8 with a bent inward protruded edge 7 opposed to the front end, erected from the other side, and a nut member 2 which is loosely fitted to a space 10 encircled by an inward rising wall 9 opposed to the rib protrusion, the rising pawl opposed thereto and the inward protruded edge opposed thereto.
