PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve to improve atomization of spray, being less in dispersion of product performance, and low in a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A valve seat 14 having a spray nozzle 14b is attached to one end of a hollow-form valve element 15, and the valve body is provided with a valve body 12 to open and close the spray nozzle 14b through contact with and separation from the valve seat 14; and a swirler 16 surrounding the valve body 12 and slidably supporting the valve body 12 and causing fluid, flowing in the spray nozzle 14b, to swirl. A swirl groove 16b of the swirler 16 is provided at a groove outlet part with a bent part 16b3, and the sectional shape of the swirl groove 16b is formed that a groove depth at a central part is deeper than that at an end part.
