PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door device of a construction machine superior in resistance, promoting the common use of a door panel, and surely restricting the maximum opening of the door panel, regardless of a difference in a machine model of the construction machine. SOLUTION: This door device is applied to a side door 34 of a building in a hydraulic excavator. This side door 34 has the door panel 36, and a hinge 48 for connecting a reinforcing rib 42 of the door panel 36 and a skeleton member 44 of the building. This hinge 48 has a stopper 60 as an opening restricting means on an outer peripheral wall continuing with its fixed side hinge piece 50.
