PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacetal resin composition that has excellent sliding properties and can attain further higher limit PV value without adverse effect on the intrinsically excellent mechanical properties of the polyacetal resin and provide sliding members by using the resin composition. SOLUTION: The polyacetal resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of polyacetal resin, (B) 0.1 to 20 pts.wt. of a graft copolymer of an olefin (co)copolymer onto a vinyl (co)polymer, and (C) 0.1 to 1.5 pts.wt. of polyethylene wax of a number average molecular weight of 1,000 to 5,000 and sliding members made of the resin composition.
