PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride-based resin composition for pasts having general-purpose properties, and providing excellent matte effects. SOLUTION: (1) The vinyl chloride-based resin composition for paste contains a matting component comprising 0.2-5 pts.wt. polyhydric alcohol and 0.2-5 pts.wt. water-soluble zinc compound based on 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride-based resin. (2) The polyhydric alcohol is one or more kinds of compounds selected from trimethylol propane, pentaerythritol, dipentaerythritol, ditrimethylolpropane and glycerol in the vinyl chloride-based resin composition for the paste.
