PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a pranlukast hydrate-containing granulated product in which adhesive and cohesive properties of powder containing pranlukast hydrate having strong adhesive and cohesive properties in a high concentration are improved to an extent enabling continuous operation of packing, or the like, into capsules by a low-cost production method and further provide a pranlukast hydrate-containing pharmaceutical preparation in which the change of elution in non-packed state which becomes a problem in commercially available pharmaceutical preparations is suppressed to a minimum. SOLUTION: This pranlukast hydrate-containing pharmaceutical preparation is obtained by granulating the pranlukast hydrate and a hydrogel-forming substance by using a granulator having an agitating function.
