PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing container for film-like goods, other film-like articles or a sheet-like article which elastically holds the film-like food by a pressing plate of a lid body and a claw member which is attached to a sliding plate, and at the same time, by which the film-like food can surely be taken out sheet by sheet by the claw member by sliding the sliding plate. SOLUTION: This film-like article housing container is equipped with a container main body 1, the lid body 2 which is attached to the container main body, and the sliding plate 3 on which the claw member 4 is fitted. The container main body is equipped with a housing chamber for which a tilted wall 9 is provided at the front end section of a bottom wall 6, and a take-out port 7a which is provided on the front end of the housing chamber. The lid body is equipped with a sliding hole 15, and the pressing plate 18 which presses the film-like article. The sliding plate is constituted in such a manner that the sliding plate is freely slidably fitted in the sliding hole, and the claw member which engages with the film-like article is attached to an attaching section 23 provided on the lower surface of the sliding plate.
