The invention relates to glucopyranosyloxy-substituted aromates of general formula (I), wherein R<1> to R<6> and R<7a>, R<7b>, R<7c> are defined according to patent claim 1. The invention also relates to the tautomers, stereoisomers, mixtures and salts of said aromates, especially the physiologically compatible salts comprising inorganic or organic acids and having valuable pharmacological properties, especially an inhibiting effect on the sodium-dependent glucose cotransporter SGLT2. The invention further relates to the treatment of diseases, especially metabolic diseases such as diabetes, and to the production of said compounds.
