<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of operating a wind power apparatus and a wind power arrangement for preventing an electric power user from suffering particularly from an excessive change of voltage in a power distribution network and the undesired stop of operation of the wind power arrangement. <P>SOLUTION: Electric power output to a power distribution network by a wind power generator is adjusted in accordance with applied power distribution network voltage of the power distribution network. When the power distribution network voltage is not biased slightly only a little from the reference value of this network voltage positioned between voltage values Umin and Umax, constant electric power corresponding to the upper linear part (a straight line P1-P1' in parallel to the abscissa) of a trapezoid is output to the power distribution network 6 by the generator 12. When the power distribution network voltage is further increased to (over-voltage) exceeding a value defined by a point P1, supplied electric power is reduced. When the power distribution network voltage is further increased from the point P1 to reach a value Umax, the supplied electric power is equal to zero (point P2).
