<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide range print system and an image forming apparatus for easily obtaining descriptions of contents of print without asking any help. <P>SOLUTION: When a document ID and print data transmission instructions are transmitted from a composite unit to a content server (F5), and received by the communicating part of the content server (C1), the data reading part of the content server reads print data and the property information of the print data from a print data storing part (C2), and a control part makes the communicating part transmit the print data and the property information to the document server (C3). Then, print charge information is calculated based on the received property information or the like in the document server (D1, D2).
