<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage controlled oscillation circuit which has a widened oscillation frequency variable range and is adaptive to various application systems. <P>SOLUTION: The voltage controlled oscillation circuit is provided with an output level conversion circuit including: a small-amplitude output low-gain input differential step 49 for inputting and amplifying a small-amplitude output signal of a voltage controlled oscillation section composed of differential delay cells; an output level control circuit 50 for controlling a DC level outputted from the small-amplitude output low-gain input differential step; a common-mode feedback amplification step 51 for inputting the output with the adjusted output level, of the small-amplitude output low-gain input differential step, and amplifying the output into an output of a CMOS level; and a CMOS buffer amplification step 52 for inputting the output of the common-mode feedback amplification step and outputting a waveform-shaped output signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
