<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve precision of the pulse measurement by easily removing a high-frequency internal pressure fluctuation due to miscellaneous vibrations caused by not the pulse but movements of the muscle and the like of a detector attachment part for attaching a pulse detecting part in measuring the pulse in a simple mechanical constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A wrist watch 100 is provided with the pulse detecting part 3 detecting the pulse, a band member 4 attaching a case body 2 having the pulse detecting part around the wrist R, a first air chamber 34 converting a tension fluctuation generated by the pulsation of the artery near the wrist transmitted via the band member into the internal pressure fluctuation, a second air chamber for transmitting the internal pressure fluctuation of the first air chamber via a hole part, a sheet metal plate 37 provided in the second air chamber and deformed according to the internal pressure fluctuation of the first air chamber transmitted via the hole part, a sheet piezoelectric element 38 provided in the metal plate, and at least one intermediate air chamber 70 communicating with the first air chamber and the second air chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
