<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work instruction and work result management method, and a work instruction and work result management system, usable on a production site wherein individual made-to-order production is performed, not receiving restriction of a working place at all, not deteriorating working efficiency, and using an ID tag. <P>SOLUTION: Process-classified work instruction information is distributed from a production management CPU 1, the process-classified work instruction information is received and written into the ID tag 2 by an ID tag writer 2, the ID tag 2 is installed to a work target article 6 and is carried to a work area by processes, and the process-classified work instruction information is read from the ID tag 2 carried into the work area and is displayed by a portable information terminal 4 carried by a worker.
