PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device reducing the stock amount of residual materials by efficient use of the residual materials for reducing a load for preparation of a residual material storage place and management of the residual material.

SOLUTION: This allocation device for using the residual material is provided with an effective residual material allocation means 7 allocating an effective member usable effectively after allocation of a construction member, an effective residual material information storage means 10 storing information about the effective residual material, a plan member information storage means 11 storing information about a construction planned member planned to be produced, and a planned member allocation means 7 allocating the effective residual material information to the construction planned member based on the effective residual material information and the planned member information and displaying an allocation result on a screen.
