<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve all the kinds of inconvenience which is not eliminated in a conventional way, such as troubles to supply water to a cooking pot, the drop in temperature of hot water, the increase of fuel consumption, and time loss, concerning a noodle cooking apparatus including the cooking pot and a heating means for heating the pot from the lower part. <P>SOLUTION: The subject noodle cooking apparatus comprises: the cooking pot 2; the heating means 3 for heating the cooking pot 2 from the lower part; an auxiliary tank 10 arranged alongside of the cooking pot 2 via a connection pipe 11; and a water supply means 14 for supplying water to the auxiliary tank 10. The water supply means 14 comprise an automatic water supply device 15 for opening a stopper when a water level of the auxiliary tank 10 is reduced and closing the stopper when a prescribed water level is restored. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
