<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for high speed flame thermal spraying by which a high quality thermally sprayed coating film comprising a ceramic or a high melting point metal is formed. <P>SOLUTION: The high speed flame thermal spraying apparatus is provided with a combustion chamber for combusting a fuel and a combustion aid both in gaseous state under ordinary temperature and pressure and discharging the produced combustion flame and an auxiliary fuel supply part for supplying the auxiliary fuel to the combustion flame discharged from the combustion chamber, and a thermal spraying material is thermally sprayed by the combustion flame. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
