PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device capable of replacing only image data corresponding to one or more areas of an original image with other data and printing and outputting them to a sheet and restoring the images in optional one or more areas among the areas replaced with the other data and printing and outputting them to the sheet for the images printed on the sheet. SOLUTION: The original image is read (S2), reduced to an optional magnification, and displayed on a display operation part (S4). Then, on the basis of information (S6) input from the display operation part by a user and a printing density average value (S10) calculated from a line corresponding to the area outside a masking area, bar codes Y1 and Y2 are prepared and printed on the sheet. Also, the image data outside the masking area are printed and output to the sheet by using the image data of the read original (S11 and S12).
