PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the visibility of a vehicle without causing such problems as a voltage deduction of a vehicle-mounted power source and deterioration of a fuel cost of a vehicle-mounted engine. SOLUTION: In a head light 10, a bulb 13 to be lighted by power supplying from the vehicle-mounted power source is housed in a case 11 and light emitted from the bulb 13 is irradiated in a prescribed direction though a lens 12. A reflection plate unit 20 reflecting outside light entered through the lens 12 and light-emitting in the same or almost same direction as the irradiating direction by the bulb 13 through the lens 12 is housed in the case 11.
