PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet having excellent optical characteristics, its manufacturing method, a lenticular lens sheet having fine pitches and high positional accuracy and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the optical sheet is provided with the steps for: forming a 1st active energy ray-curable resin layer 5 on one surface of a supporter film 1; forming a 2nd active energy ray-curable resin layer 11 on a roll 3 for lens molding; transferring a pattern onto the 2nd active energy ray-curable resin layer 11 by passing the supporter film 1 between a pair of lens molding rolls so that the 1st active energy ray-curable resin layer 5 comes into contact with the 2nd active energy ray-curable resin layer 11; and curing the 2nd active energy ray-curable resin layer 11 where the pattern is transferred.
