PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute the calculation of a risk value and the risk management of information property based on the property value of the information and access to the information.

SOLUTION: This information management system is configured of a storage device in which information having property values is stored, a file access information notifying part for monitoring access to information stored in the storage device, a file attribute information management part for managing the attribute information of information stored in the storage device, a risk value calculating part for calculating the risk value of the information based on the monitor result of the file access information notifying part and attribute information managed by the file attribute information managing part and a countermeasure actuating part for facilitating countermeasures to the leakage of the information based on the calculation result of the risk value calculating part.
