<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marking device and a laser marking method capable of easily acquiring the optimum marking condition when marking a fine and complicated pattern or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The laser marking device comprises: a laser beam irradiation means to perform laser marking on a workpiece by the dot-marking system; and a control means having a storage unit to store the marking condition including at least any one of the marking number of times per one dot, the laser beam irradiation time per one dot, the dot density and the dot size for each workpiece W, a changed condition forming unit to form the change condition to change the marking condition step by step, and an irradiation control unit to control the laser beam irradiation means based on the changed condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
