TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED PROCESS FOR PRODUCING STYRENE-BASED PREFOAMED PARTICLE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple process for obtaining prefoamed particles preventing an oily component from bleeding out even when molded into a food container or the like.

SOLUTION: The process for producing styrene-based prefoamed particles comprises using a heating temperature not lower than 96°C and not higher than 104°C at least at an initial foaming step when prefoaming.
