PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium face printing apparatus and a sticking seal for a recording medium face which can easily cope also with content changes of recording information at the recording medium.

SOLUTION: The recording medium face printing apparatus has a recording medium loading means capable of loading the recording medium that can write information data at least once and has a reversible thermal recording region at least on its one face, and a printing means for thermally recording or thermally erasing printing contents to the reversible thermal recording region when the recording medium is loaded. The sticking seal for the recording medium face forms the recording medium as an object to be thermally recorded by the printing means of the recording medium face printing apparatus when the seal is stuck to one face of the recording medium.
