PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exchange processing system capable of carrying out call exchange processing by making a wireless communication terminal connectable to a private network line, the wireless communication terminal utilizing a public network line or a dedicated network line so as to execute wireless communication. SOLUTION: An exchange in the exchange processing system includes: a positional information management means that receives number conversion information from a wireless communication terminal adaptor and registers an identification number of the adaptor and terminal information of the wireless communication terminal in cross-reference with each other so as to manage positional information of the wireless communication terminal connected to the adaptor; and a call exchange processing control means that searches presence / absence of the terminal information of the positional information management means on the basis of a destination number when receiving a call from an accommodated telephone set or a private accommodation communication terminal having a voice communication function and controls call exchange processing by using the identification number of the adaptor corresponding to the terminal information for the destination number when the searching result indicates that the terminal information corresponding to the destination number exists.
