PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EMI shield film that eliminates a color change on the surface of an adhesive by an etching liquid, and also to provide a manufacturing method for the EMI shield film. SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a lamination with an anti-electromagnetic wave shield property is provided. The lamination consists of a transparent base material, an adhesive layer, and a conductive metal foil. According to the method, the conductive metal foil is etched by a chemical etching method to form a geometric shape of the metal foil on the lamination, and the adhesive layer has a SP value of 19.0 (MJ/m<SP>3</SP>)<SP>1/2</SP>or less.
