PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a connection device and a manufacturing device of the same capable of easily and appropriately forming spiral contactors of a three-dimensional shape with a given height, and further, capable of easily and appropriately removing stress remaining inside the spiral contactors. SOLUTION: A heated fluid body 600 is made collided with a plurality of contactors 20 provided at a pedestal 1, and the contactors 20 are molded by deformation due to pressure of the fluid body 600. Since they are uniformly given a pressing force by the fluid body 600, the contactors 20 can be three-dimensionally molded in an appropriate shape. Further, since the fluid body is heated, residual stress given the contactors by plastic deformation when they are molded can be removed with heat of the fluid body. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
