PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a snap spring for positioning a slider on a first position or a second position from being reversed from regular posture to irregular posture by adding just an extremely simple configuration change to a conventional disc device; to make a snap spring in the irregular posture to be in the regular posture through appropriate right-and-left move operation of the slider. SOLUTION: A slider 4 equipped with a rack 5 is made movable in the right-and-left direction between the first position and the second position, and at each of the positions, the rack 5 is made to be detached from a drive pinion 6. A snap spring 8 exerts an action for positioning the slider 4 in each of the first position and the second position.
