PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna designing method by which design values converge to an optimum value independently of a given initial value and variation amount which are conditions for a simulation when an antenna is designed. SOLUTION: Antenna design values converge to an optimum value independently of an initial antenna design value by combining an algorithm S101 optimized by a steepest descent method, chromosome generation S103, initial chromosome group generation S104, adaptability computation S105, genetic algorithm end determination S106, S107 which selects chromosomes from the result of S106, cross processing of chromosomes S108, and an genetic algorithm which conducts mutation processing of chromosomes S109.
