PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load adaptive controller having a simple configuration for smoothly and stably operating against various loads or a great change in a load. SOLUTION: A device adapting to a change in a load connected to an output end and purposefully operating so as not to change an output property of the device is provided with a load estimation part estimating a load and a control part controlling the device by using a bumpless switch means having a hysteresis characteristic so that the device adapts to the load estimated by the load estimation apparatus for purposeful operation.
