PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outflow preventive system of black smoke to outside of a building which is optimum for preventing the black smoke generated by a melting furnace from flowing out of the building independent from vision and senses of an operator. SOLUTION: The system is equipped with a photoelectric sensor 1 for detecting the black smoke D leaking from a dust collection hood of the melting furnace B and a picturing means 2 for picturing the black smoke D flowing outside of the building A from outside of the building A. When the photoelectric sensor 1 outputs a current value which is a predetermined value higher than a current value output when the black smoke outflow from the building is confirmed by using image data of the picturing means 2 at the time of operating the melting furnace, the operator is informed by an alarming means 3. The system is comprised so that countermeasures/actions such as suspension of melting work or operation of a dust collector C are finished before the black smoke D flows out of the building A, according to different outflow situation of black smoke of each building A.
