PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress noise including break-away noise at a cross flow end and noise due to an obstacle in an air duct in an air blowing apparatus used in an air conditioning system such as an outdoor apparatus for an air-conditioner. SOLUTION: This air blowing apparatus consists of a side plate 101, a cross flow fan 102, a stabilizer 103, and a rear guider 105. By changing the cross-sectional shape of the stabilizer 103 in the axial direction, an uneven flow generated at the cross flow end is restrained, thus achieving high performance and suppression of noises including break-away noise.
