PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device for an internal combustion engine, for providing good startability, by appropriately controlling an air-fuel ratio in start of an engine, even if fuel biased to a property not susceptible to vaporization caused by vaporization of fuel along with increase in temperature of a fuel tank is supplied to the internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: A fuel vaporizing condition in the fuel tank 2 is estimated based on a temperature THt in a tank and pressure Pt in the tank. If the fuel vaporizing condition is excessive (YES in a step S2), a fuel injection time Ti is multiplied by a correction coefficient Kf to perform increase correction (a step S4).
