PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal erecting method of a partition panel and a horizontal erecting device of the partition panel for horizontally and stably erecting the partition panel. SOLUTION: A lower frame rail body 1 is arranged on an inclined floor surface P and a curved floor surface P in a room. A locking nut member 3 is threadedly engaged with respective bolt members 2 erected in a plurality in the longitudinal direction of the lower frame rail body 1. The screwing-in height of the locking nut member 3 is preadjusted so that a screwing-in position of the locking nut member 3 threaded and engaged with the plurality of bolt members 3 becomes mutually horizontal, and a through-insertion installation hole 4 formed in the lower edge surface of the partition panel Q is fitted in the bolt members 2. and the lower edge surface of the partition panel Q is locked on the locking nut member 3 of the bolt members 2, and the partition panel Q is horizontally erected to the lower frame rail body 1 arranged on the inclined floor surface P and the curved floor surface P.
