PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel object using a conventional paper pipe which can be manufactured at a lower cost compared to a conventional one while recycling the panel object. SOLUTION: This panel object comprises a number of cylindrically shaped or cylindrically shaped two-split paper pipes (5)(20) arranged in such a manner that their pipe axial directions are arranged in parallel to each other and thus the axial directions coincides with the surface direction of the panel, then the paper pipes (5) (20) are mutually jointed to each other and connected to panel bodies (6) (21) and surface boards (7) are adhered to one surface or both surfaces of the panel body as required. If pallets (19) for a forklift is required, then a paper pipe leg (22) is installed at the lower side of the panel body (21) and a space (23) for inserting a folk is formed.
