PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container discharging device for discharging containers being neck-conveyed at high speed. SOLUTION: The container discharging device comprises: a conveying means 7 having a pair of rails 5, 6 supporting the flange 2a of the neck of a container 2, with one rail 5 having a cutout part 10; a rotor 8 provided rotatably on an axis CL extending along the rails 5, 6, moving in and out of the cutout part 10 as it rotates on the axis CL, crossing the range of travel of the container 2 when moving into the cutout part 10, and having a container discharging part 11 which serves as part of the rail 5 when it is in the cutout part 10; and a driving source 9 driving the rotor 8 to rotate on the axis CL.
