PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repacking pouch with a sufficient productivity which is easy to manufacture a bag and to fill contents, such as a liquid state, and which can be used to fix a spout portion to the mouth portion of a container securely when used, and which can be used to transfer the contents safely and easily with a stable stream up to the last, and which is inexpensive and is excellent in a usage aptitude. SOLUTION: While the spout portion 6 of a shape which can turn upward is provided in the corner portion or in the proximity to the corner portion of a pouch upper portion, the repacking pouch 80 is composed by providing a concave notch portion 7 for engaging to the mouth portion of the container to the center side of the pouch upper portion of this spout portion 6 in the pouch of which the periphery is sealed by a heat seal and which can carry out the sealing packaging of the contents, such as the liquid state. Moreover, when engaging the above concave notch portion 7 to the mouth portion of the container by tilting the pouch, it is also preferred to further provide the notch portion 8 of a shape corresponding to the shape of the trunk of the body from the shoulder of the container in the end edge portion of the pouch upper portion.
